Formations are patterns you can build with different shapes and substances that then turn into an object with unique behaviors. Formations can be used to help the player destroy or build.

Forges[ | ]

Clay Forge[ | ]

This crafting station can be used to make brick and stone from clay and rubble.

1. Stoke the kiln with Tetrahedron shaped wood

2. Add Clay or Rubble Tetrahedrons

3. Wait for brick or stone substances to appear on top of the Kiln

4. Break the newly created substances on top of the Kiln to add it to your inventory

  • Place 4 clay pyramids in a square pattern
  • Place 3 clay Tetrahedrons on the left, back, and right sides of the formation
  • Place 1 last clay pyramid with the square portion facing up in the center of the formation

Stone Forge[ | ]

This crafting station can be used to make more durable pure substances from their ore.

1. Stoke the forge with heartwood

2. Place ore you have inside it

3. Wait for new substances to appear on top of the Kiln

4. Break the newly created substances on top of the Kiln to add it to your inventory

  • Place 4 Stone Brick pyramids in square pattern
  • Place 3 Stone Brick Tetrahedrons on the left, back, and right sides of the formation
  • Place 1 last Stone Brick pyramid with the square portion facing up in the center of the formation

Spawn Point[ | ]

Spawn points can be made which will allow the player to respawn at the newly set location. If the player has not set any new spawn points the default world location will be used. To build it place 2 Small Drum moonstones on top of each other connecting them via their square faces.

Trees[ | ]

Trees can be formed using this formation in order to add aesthetics to your world or to help farm foliage and heartwood.

  • Place 3 Heartwood Tetrahedrons in a triangular pattern with the points in the middle nearly touching.
  • Place a Heartwood pyramid in between each Tetrahedron for a total of 3 pyramids. You may need to rotate them depending on which face you are trying to place them on.
  • Place 1 last Heartwood Tetrahedron in empty space left in the formation
  • Now watch as your tree grows!

Lanterns[ | ]

A Lantern can be used to add decorations and Lighting to your world.

  • Place 3 Silver Tetrahedrons in a triangular pattern with a triangular space open in the middle.
  • Place a Moonstone Octahedron in the center against the flat triangular face.
  • Place another Silver Tetrahedron on top of the Octahedron.
